If you've lost access to your account, don't worry - we can help! Just reach out to our customer support team via either the in-game Options menu or the Contact Us button here. Provide us with as many details as you can about the lost account - the shopkeeper name#12345, the guild they were in, and (most importantly) a screenshot of one of their purchase receipts if the account ever had any purchases made on it. We can look it up from there and get you back on it, no problem!
